Seller Terms and Conditions Agreement:
Within these Seller Terms and Conditions (Terms), "You" or "Your" refers to both yourself and any entity you represent. "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to LoneStar Adhesive LLC, a registered company in Dayton, Texas. Individually, each entity is referred to as a "Party," and collectively, we are referred to as the "Parties."

By registering as a seller and listing your digital art on our platform, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Protection of Creative and Creator Rights:
a. Ownership and Creative Rights: You maintain complete ownership of your digital artwork designs' intellectual property rights. However, by uploading them, you grant LoneStarAdhesive.com a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, showcase, and distribute your digital artwork designs on LoneStarAdhesive.com and for promotional activities.

b. Copyright Infringement: It's your responsibility to make sure that your digital artwork doesn't violate the intellectual property rights of others. LoneStarAdhesive.com retains the right to take down any content that breaches copyright or trademark laws.

c. Content Review: LoneStarAdhesive.com reserves the right to assess your digital artwork designs to ensure they comply with our content standards and avoid copyright infringement. Should your content breach these guidelines, we retain the authority to take it down or suspend it accordingly.

2. Exclusivity of Artwork:

a. Under our policy of Freedom of Expression, LoneStar Adhesive LLC provides non-exclusivity to sellers. This means you have the liberty to sell your digital art wherever you prefer, without encountering any limitations or exclusivity obligations on our platform.

3. Uploading Digital Artwork Designs:

a. Responsibility for Precision: It's your duty to ensure that the information you furnish when uploading digital artwork designs, such as titles, descriptions, and tags, is accurate and comprehensive.

b. Forbidden Content: You are prohibited from uploading digital artwork designs that are obscene, offensive, illegal, or contravene any relevant laws or regulations.  Keep it PG please!

4. Promotions and Advertisement:

a. Promotion Initiatives: LoneStar Adhesive LLC reserves the right to conduct promotional campaigns to advertise your digital art on our platform and other marketing channels.

b. Encouragement for Seller Promotion: We encourage you to promote your digital art and your profile on our platform through your marketing endeavors, ensuring they align with our guidelines.

5. Payment and Compensation:

a. Price Setting: You have the freedom to determine the price for your digital art, within the parameters of LoneStar Adhesive LLC's pricing guidelines.

b. Compensation: You'll earn a percentage of the sale price for your digital artwork designs, as outlined in our Seller Payment Policy.

6. Licensing Acceptance to Our Customers:

a. Acceptance of License: Upon purchasing your digital artwork, customers acknowledge and agree to a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and limited commercial use of the design, as outlined in our Licensing agreement.

7. Refunds and Returns:

a. Refunds and Returns: We manage all refund and return requests in compliance with our Refund Policy.

8. Termination:

a. Voluntary Termination: You have the option to end this agreement and withdraw your digital art from the platform at any given moment.

b. Our Right to Terminate: We retain the authority to suspend or terminate your seller account and remove your digital art from the platform in the event of any breach of this agreement or our policies.

9. Amendments to the Agreement:

Modification of Agreement: We hold the prerogative to amend this agreement at any given time. You will be duly informed of any significant alterations.

10. Governing Law:

Jurisdiction: Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by Texas law, with resolutions conducted in the courts of Liberty County, Texas.

Upon registering as a seller on Maker Roundup, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and consented to this agreement. If you do not consent to these terms, kindly refrain from using our platform as a seller.
